Through this programme you will learn: • Discover your unique worth and strengths and how to use them. • Explore ways to make the changes you want that will last. • Develop a realistic plan – a way forward to keep building a better life for you and your family. Have fun and celebrate with other women in a supportive group setting. Fees have been removed for this term! So it's free!
