The programme follows a gentle, structured curriculum, giving parents clarity and continuity while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness. Sessions are parent-only, providing space for honest reflection, shared experience, and practical discussion.
This programme is not about perfect parenting or following the latest trends. Instead, it supports parents to:
· better understand their children’s emotional needs
· strengthen connection and regulation
· build confidence in their own instincts
· realise they are not alone in the messy middle of parenting
