The Leadership Table with Dr Eileen Piggot-Irvine

Is it a job title? A mindset? A calling? Something you just accidentally end up doing?

This new lived experience group is a space to explore what leadership really means — in your workplace, your whānau, your community, or in how you lead yourself through life’s wobbles and wins.

We’re lucky to be joined by Dr Eileen Piggot-Irvine — an experienced leader, researcher, and coach who’s walked alongside women in all kinds of leadership journeys. She brings a wealth of insight, and will be part of the circle as a guide, supporter, and fellow explorer.

💬 “I felt comfortable being honest – even when I was way out of my comfort zone.”
