About the event

Having a baby can bring so much joy, but it can also change the way you relate to each other. Less time, more responsibility, tiredness and new priorities can make it harder to feel like partners as well as parents.

This supportive workshop is an opportunity to pause and think about your relationship beyond the day-to-day demands of parenting. We’ll explore how relationships change after having a baby, ways to communicate when you’re both running on empty, and simple ways to nurture connection and make space for each other.

Come along for honest conversation, practical ideas and reassurance that you’re not the only ones finding this part of the journey challenging.

Because staying connected doesn’t have to mean grand gestures sometimes it’s the small things that make the biggest difference. 💗

Free for mums across Rodney. Come as you are — there’s no cost to join us.
