About the event

Becoming a mother can change the way you connect with the people around you. Friendships can look different, family dynamics can shift, and sometimes the people you expected to lean on don’t quite show up in the way you hoped.

This supportive workshop explores the changing relationships around motherhood. From navigating different parenting styles and expectations to setting boundaries, communicating what you need and making space for friendships that continue to grow with you.

We’ll talk about the importance of having a supportive village, how to nurture the relationships that matter and what to do when relationships feel more complicated than you expected.

Come along for honest conversation, reflection and practical ideas to help you feel more connected and supported through motherhood. 💗

Free for mums across Rodney. Come as you are — there’s no cost to join us.
