A weekly group that combines parenting support with wisdom from our Women of Worth programme. Connection, Parenting Support and Personal Growth all in one. Tuesdays 10 - 12 at the Women's Centre. Its informal. Gently guided conversations. Useful tools. A time to be with other Mums and celebrating that none of us are perfect!
Facilitated by Brooke: " As a Mum of three teenage sons and one of seven siblings I have always been surrounded by lots of children and I understand both the joys and the challenges that come with family life. I know it is important for Mums to have a space where they feel supported, understood, able to be themselves and where parenting doesn't have to be perfect.
