About the event
They say it takes a village to raise a child but finding that village can be easier said than done.
Motherhood can feel lonely, especially when your friendships, routines and priorities change. This supportive workshop is about finding connection, building your support network and creating a village that works for you.
We’ll explore what your village can look like, how to find and nurture meaningful connections, and ways to ask for and accept support. We’ll also introduce The Village NZ, a parenting hub designed to help parents connect with others, discover local support and find useful information and resources.
Whether your village is already growing or you’re still looking for your people, come along for honest conversation, connection and practical ideas to help you feel less alone in motherhood.
